These are nail stickers from a dutch brand called essence.

there are 2 sheets in the package. As you can see you can
choose between these sizes
I have narrow nails so it was hard for me to choose
which size was good for my nails.
stick in on your nails
rub it till the sticker is smooth
file the parts not needed.
finishing look
I like the essence stickers. They do come on smooth on your nails.
The only thing i didn't like was that it took very long to file.
